US Patient App
Your information

Privacy policy

What the current demo handles, what stays on your device, and what happens when you contact us.

Effective October 15, 2026

Scope and operator

US Patient App and this website are operated by Yuneng Xu. You can reach us at ddf103@gmail.com.

This policy covers the current demonstration edition of the iOS app and this informational website. It does not describe a future cloud medical record service. The demo uses fictional records and temporary session state. Please do not enter real patient information.

Information in the app

The demo displays built-in fictional examples. You can edit sample fact text and enter visit or task titles, dates, and related selections. These values are handled in the running app’s memory. The demo does not send them to us or to a patient-data server and does not create a persistent patient archive.

The import demonstration uses a built-in sample, rather than uploading a file from your device. The default app does not connect to healthcare providers, perform remote AI extraction, or send your entries to an AI provider.

Accounts and sharing

The demo does not provide a live account or cloud synchronization service. The share screen does not generate an active link or send records to another person. Consent toggles and export or deletion rows are demonstrations of the interface; they do not activate AI processing, sharing, export, or server-side deletion.

Device permissions and third-party software

The app configuration includes descriptions for camera and photo-library access. The current demo does not implement camera capture, photo selection, or saving photos, and does not use these permissions to collect images. It does not access HealthKit, location, contacts, or the microphone.

No advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDK is integrated in the current app. Apple may handle distribution or device diagnostics under its own settings and privacy policy.

Visiting this website

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser information, and request time, to deliver and protect the website. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of this information.

We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, cookies, or browser storage to these pages. The website has no account registration, patient-data form, or file upload. Hosting security features may process technical information independently of the page code.

Email support

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate issues. Email is handled through Gmail and its service infrastructure; see Google’s privacy policy. Please do not email medical records, passwords, or sensitive health details.

Disclosure and international processing

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. Website and email providers process information needed to operate their services, potentially in countries other than your own. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to address security or abuse.

Retention and your choices

Demo entries are temporary. They are not a backup and may be lost when the app process ends. Closing the app ends the current working session; uninstalling it removes the app from your device. There is no live patient-data account to delete in this edition.

Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle your request, resolve related issues, and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers may retain operational records under their own policies; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider-managed records.

You can ask about, request correction of, or request deletion of personal information you have sent us by emailing the address below. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. Available rights depend on applicable law.

Children

This demonstration is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit their personal information. If a child has sent personal information to our support address, contact us so we can address it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date when practices change. A future version that introduces accounts, patient uploads, cloud storage, AI, or active sharing will need an updated explanation before those features are offered.
