About the current demo

Why do I see fictional records?

The current edition demonstrates the interface using sample information. It is not connected to a healthcare provider or a live patient-record service. Use fictional information while exploring it.

Why did my visit or task disappear?

Entries are stored in the app’s memory for the current session. They are not a lasting archive and may disappear when the app closes. Do not rely on the demo for appointment reminders or important records.

Can I upload a record, use AI, or share a link?

The import flow uses a built-in sample record. Real file upload, remote AI processing, and working sharing links are not available in the current demo. Some screens illustrate future interactions.

How do I export or delete my data?

The export and archive-deletion rows are interface previews. This edition has no live patient-data account or persistent archive. For personal information you sent by email, contact us to request access, correction, or deletion. See the privacy policy.

The app is unresponsive. What should I do?

Close and reopen the app, keeping in mind that temporary entries may be lost. If the issue continues, email support with the app and iOS versions and the steps that caused it.

Can I get medical help here?

No. This is technical support for the app, not a clinical service. For health decisions, contact a qualified healthcare professional. For an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
